Flowers Tea - Roiboos al Cardamomo

Ricetta:

1 cucchiaino di roiboos

3 baccelli di cardamomo

Scaldare l'acqua fino a portarla a bollore.

Aprire i baccelli e mescolare il contenuto (semini neri) e la buccia al roiboos.

Inserire il tutto in un filtro da tè, versare l'acqua e lasciare in infusione per 5 minuti. Scolare. Il Roiboos al Cardamomo è pronto per essere bevuto.

Da provare anche freddo.

Dose per due tazze da 150ml.

Cardamom Roiboos

Recipe:

1 teaspoon roiboos

3 cardamom pods

Heat water to boiling temperature. Open the cardamom pods and mix the little black seeds to the roiboos. Put the mix in a tea filter, pour hot water and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the filter.

The Cardamom Roiboos is ready to drink. Also try it as iced roiboos. Good for two 150ml cups.
